Yards advises Nalo's partners on the acquisition of a majority stake by APICIL

The law firm Yards advised the partners of Nalo, the leading French online financial advisor, in the context of the acquisition of a 90% stake in its capital by the APICIL group. This new shareholder will allow Nalo to accelerate its development and to become a key player in the digital savings market.

The APICIL Group, the 3rd largest French social protection group, becomes the new majority shareholder of Nalo.

This new financing allows Nalo, a French fintech for advice and automated wealth management launched in 2018, to be supported in the development of its activities and the growth of its assets under management, while maintaining its independence. It follows the two fundraising rounds completed in 2018 and 2020.
