Yards advises MIG Capital on HawkCell's Series A financing round

Law firm Yards advised MIG Capital on HawkCell’s €5 million Series A funding round, also underwritten by Bpifrance.

Founded in 2019, HawkCell is the developer of an animal MRI solution for veterinary hospitals and research centers.

This €5 million round of financing will enable the Lyon-based start-up to accelerate its international commercial development, particularly in Europe (Germany, Italy and the UK), as well as in the United States.

MIG Capital is one of Germany’s leading venture capital funds, investing in deep tech and life sciences. To date, MIG Capital has invested around €730 million in over 50 start-ups.
