Yards law firm has advised L’Agence Citizen Press, an editorial communications agency dedicated to public bodies, local authorities and associations, on its sale to Bonum Group.

Founded in 1997, Citizen Press is a Paris-based editorial communications agency dedicated to public bodies, local authorities and associations. Originally a press agency, Citizen Press has retained a journalistic spirit and culture: investigation, validation of sources, a sense of the reader and quality of writing. The agency produces bespoke content, both animated and scripted, and offers its clients multi-media editorial strategies to create a lasting bond with their audiences.

Bonum Group is a group of experts in communication, marketing and digital created in 2022, which supports players in the general interest – associations and NGOs, public players and corporate foundations – in the multiplication of their impact projects in France, Germany, Belgium and Austria.
