Yards advises Inbolt on its €15m Series A funding round with Exor Ventures and existing investors

Back

Based in France and Germany and with more than 20 plants deployed in Europe and the United States, Inbolt is a company founded in 2019 that develops a real-time guidance solution for robots, based on 3D vision and artificial intelligence, enabling robots to make autonomous decisions that are adapted to uncertain and unstructured environments.

This strategic transaction will enable Inbolt to consolidate its geographical footprint by opening an office in the United States and to strengthen its presence in high-demand markets such as Japan. In addition, the company will accelerate its product development to extend use cases and consolidate its teams.

The Yards team comprised Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner, Julien Brouwer, counsel and Laurie Martel, associate.

Goodwin Thomas Dupont-Sentilles, partner; Louis Taslé D’héliand and Ines Louguar, associates, advised Exor Ventures.
