Yards advises Herbarom on the acquisition of Laboratoires Rodael

The law firm Yards has advised the Herbarom Group on the acquisition of Laboratoires Rodael.

With this acquisition, Herbarom, a Provencal group manufacturing natural ingredients and pharmaceutical subcontractors (CDMO), accompanied by the two minority funds Bpifrance and BNP Paribas Développement, strengthens its position in the specialised shaping of nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products in capsule and tablet form.

The Yards team was composed of Igor Doumenc and Maud Gendron on the M&A aspects, Dorothée Traverse and Marion Hubier on the tax aspects, Christine Hillig-Poudevigne and Marion Peringuey on the social aspects.
