Law firm Yards has advised Groupe Montaner Pietrini Boissons on the acquisition of a stake in its capital by LFPI (via its LFPI MidCap 8 fund).

Groupe Montaner Pietrini Boissons, founded in Marseilles in 2009, is the leading drinks distributor in the South-East of France. The Group offers its customers a catalog of over 8,000 product references, as well as a range of tailor-made advice and services.

Founded over 20 years ago, the LFPI Group is one of Europe’s leading independent multi-strategy asset managers, with €14 billion of assets under management invested in private equity, private debt, real estate, as well as listed asset management and private banking.

This strategic partnership will accelerate the development of Montaner Pietrini Boissons and strengthen its territorial coverage.
