Yards advises Global CFO and its CEO Baptiste Laffond on the acquisition of Lisan Finance

Yards advised Global CFO and its CEO Baptiste Laffond on the acquisition of Lisan Finance, the leading external CFO for start-ups and scale-ups in France and North America, from its founder Hugues Lisan.

Lisan Finance is a leading financial management and external FP&A firm for start-ups and tech scale-ups, based in Paris, New York and San Francisco.

Baptiste Laffond, who joined Lisan Finance in 2009 as a consultant, has been running the firm’s fast-growing North American branch in the USA and Canada since 2017. He succeeds Hugues Lisan as head of Lisan Finance.

Lisan Finance intends to continue its expansion in France, the United States and Canada.

The acquisition was financed by BNP Innovation and Bpifrance.

The Yards team consisted of Éric du Peloux, partner, Laurie Martel, associate, on the M&A aspects and Dorothée Traverse, partner, on the tax aspects.
