Yards advises Enowe on the acquisition of Domaine Brana

The law firm Yards advised Enowe, family office of Hugues Souparis, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Domaine Brana, a wine estate located in the Netherlands specialising in the production of wine and the distillation of eaux-de-vie, gins and liqueurs.

Founded in 1887 and located in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, Domaine Brana’s main activity is the distillation of brandy, gins, whisky and liqueurs, as well as the operation of a vineyard producing wine under the PDO appellation of Irouléguy.

The objective of this acquisition is to develop the reputation of the Brana brand on a national level and in particular on the range of whiskies which meets a strong demand for French whiskies.

Domaine Brana is the second participation in its “savoir-faire d’excellence” branch and is the foundation stone of a new branch dedicated to wines and spirits
