Yards advised Ekstend Group on its capital reorganisation

Yards has advised Ekstend, a marketing consultancy group based in Marseille, on the reorganisation of its capital with the support of Siparex Intermezzo, Smalt Capital and Isatis Capital.

The Ekstend group, based in Paris, Marseille and Montpellier, is reorganising its capital with the support of Siparex Intermezzo, favouring the relution of managers, the arrival of Smalt Capital and the reinvestment of Isatis Capital.

This strategic operation will enable the agency, founded in 2002 by Franck Kaddouch, to position itself as a genuine extension of advertisers’ in-house marketing teams. It can now offer its customers support across the entire value chain, from strategy definition to operational implementation.
