Back

Law firm Yards advised Coinhouse on its €40 million Series C funding round from Oddo BHF, True Global Ventures, Tioga Capital, XAnge, ConsenSys, CF Partners, Raise Ventures, Expon Capital and Motier Ventures.

Coinhouse, the first European “cryptobank”, is an investment platform for crypto-currencies and crypto-assets. The first platform to be certified by the AMF, it offers its clients a “crypto” savings account as well as investment advice. It employs over 100 people.

This fundraising operation will allow Coinhouse to develop its digital asset management business with new products, but also to accelerate its expansion abroad and facilitate possible takeovers.

The Yards team consisted of Eric du Peloux, partner, and Kamélia Kerchi, associate.

DLA Piper, with Simon Charbit, partner, and Fabien Goudot and Cécile Szymanski, associates, advised Tioga Capital.

LWM, with Romain Waïss-Moreau, partner, acted as counsel to True Global Ventures.
