Yards advises Alantra on its acquisition of a stake in the investment bank Avolta Partners
BackYards advised the Spanish investment bank Alantra on a significant minority stake in Avolta Partners, a Paris-based investment bank specialising in M&A advisory and fundraising operations in the new technology sector.
With this partnership, Alantra strengthens its offering with over 40 dedicated professionals. In 2021, Alantra closed 56 technology deals with a total volume of over $5.8 billion.
As for Avolta Partners, it has completed more than 80 transactions since its creation in 2014, for a total of over €1 billion.
