Yards advises a family office on its investment in Meanwhile

The law firm Yards has advised the family office of a major French industrialist on its investment in Meanwhile, a French start-up based in Lyon specialising in autonomous and intelligent transport robotics.

The objective of this investment is to accelerate Meanwhile’s growth by strengthening its position in France while expanding into the international market. With a staff of around 20, Meanwhile has a dozen major clients in the semiconductor, automotive, industrial, luxury and healthcare sectors.

The Yards team was composed of Eric du Peloux, partner, and Julia Faure, associate.
