Yards advises Peninsular Capital on the sale of its stake in Mecalectro

Yards advised Peninsular Capital on the sale of its equity stake in Mecalectro to its management and certain employees.

This sale follows its entry in the capital in 2019 in the framework of an MBO operation alongside its management team. Yards was already advising Peninsular Capital on this transaction.

Mecalectro is the French leader and a key player in Europe in the design, manufacture and marketing of electromagnetic components and systems. It employs about 100 people in France and Germany.

The Yards team was composed of Igor Doumenc, Eric du Peloux and Laurie Martel.
