Rudy advises companies regarding Labor law. He advises and assists companies in all the issues of the day-to-day life of a company (drafting employment contracts, collective agreements, negotiations with employee representatives, information-consultation of the work council (CSE), pre-litigation phase, etc.).

Rudy also represents companies in court (industrial tribunal, court of appeal, judicial court, etc.).

Rudy was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022 and joined Yards in 2024.
