Morgane advises clients in the areas of wealth management and wealth tax, both as an advisor and in litigation.

Morgane assists the firm’s clients in particular in the following areas:

• tax support for entrepreneurs in the structuring, transmission or sale of their companies,
• wealth planning (acquisition of real estate assets, philanthropy, incorporation of companies, etc.) and estate planning (donations, inheritance, and trusts), as well as international mobility and transfer of tax residence,
• reporting obligations (IR, IFI, trust declarations).

Morgane was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021 and joined Yards (formerly Barré & Associés) in 2021.
