MBA advises WMH Project on the acquisition of the events agency LDR

The law firm MBA (Moisand Boutin & Associés) has advised WMH Project (formerly FC2 Events), an events communication group specializing in the organization of events and e-events, in the acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of LDR (formerly Lever de Rideau), an events agency based in the Paris region, from its management and La Compagnie d’Anjou.

This acquisition will allow WMH Project to pursue its external growth strategy following the acquisition of Teamwork, PHB Events and Mondial Events – for which MBA had advised WMH Project – and to consolidate its position as one of the leading independent event management groups in France, with 250 employees and a turnover in excess of €100m.
