MBA advises Wisper on the acquisition of Avencall/Xivo

The MBA law firm (Moisand Boutin & Associés) acted as counsel to the Wisper group and its CEO, Jean-Marc Gonon.

This acquisition of 100% of Avecall / XIVO, the French leader in open source solutions for corporate telephony and contact centers, will enable the WISPER group to continue its technological and commercial development in France and abroad.

Based in Paris, Rouen and Casablanca, WISPER is a publisher of desktop management solutions enabling virtualization without server infrastructure in Saas mode. This acquisition will enable the start-up to open up to larger markets, accelerate its commercial development and adapt its technology to new market expectations.

The MBA team was composed of Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner and Kamélia Kerchi, associate.
