MBA advises the executives of Missler Software (Topsolid) as part of its 4th MBO with Siparex, Bpifrance and Irdi.

The law firm MBA (Moisand Boutin & Associés) has advised the executives of Missler Software (TopSolid), a computer-aided design and manufacturing software (CAD / CAM) editor, as part of its 4th MBO with Siparex (lead) , Bpifrance and Irdi Soridec Management.
