MBA advises the Abvent group on the sale of the Twinmotion software to the Epic Games video game publisher

The law firm MBA (Moisand Boutin & Associés) advised the ABVENT group in connection with the sale of the TWINMOTION software on May 13, 2019, through the sale of 100% of the shares of Ka-Ra SAS, former subsidiary of the ABVENT group and owner of the software, to the American video game publisher EPIC GAMES, creator of the Fortnite video game and Unreal Engine software.
