MBA advises Serena Capital and ISAI in connection with the WeCasa fundraising campaign

The law firm MBA (Moisand Boutin & Associés) acted as counsel to Serena Capital and ISAI in connection with WeCasa’s Series A fundraising for an amount of €4.5 million.

WeCasa is a company that offers an online platform for booking personal services at home, with more than 1,500 registered professionals and 50,000 customers who have booked at least one service.

The MBA team was composed of Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner and Eric du Peloux, counsel.

Deprez Guignot Associés (DDG), with Grégoire Guignot, partner, and François-Xavier Blanchard, associate, acted as counsel to the founders of WeCasa.
