Back

The MBA law firm (Moisand Boutin & Associés) advised Wisper on its €12 million fundraising campaign with its current CEO, Jean-Marc Gonon, a private entrepreneur and the Normandie Participations fund.

This fund-raising operation is part of the financing of Wisper’s hardware investments and the pursuit of its technological and commercial development in France and abroad.

Wisper is a publisher of desktop management solutions enabling virtualization without server infrastructure with its ceBox product. Based in Paris, Rouen and Casablanca, the start-up currently has 22 employees and plans to integrate 10 new talents this year. This fund raising will enable the start-up, which already has a turnover of €3.5 million, to accelerate its commercial development and adapt its technology to new market expectations.

The MBA team was composed of Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner and Eric du Peloux, counsel.

Cabinet Plantrou-De la Brunière et Associés, with Arnaud de la Brunière, partner, acted as counsel to Jean-Marc Gonon.

Room Avocats, with Ambroise de Lamaze, partner, acted as counsel to Normandie Participations.
