MBA advises Mindee for its fundraising
BackThe law firm Moisand Boutin & Associés (MBA) advised Mindee, a French company specialising in automated document processing, using artificial intelligence technologies, in its €2 million fundraising campaign with Serena, Bpifrance and several business angels.
This fundraising will enable Mindee to strengthen its teams in technical and commercial functions in order to consolidate its technical and operational leadership, develop new products and deploy its DIY platform by the end of 2019.
The MBA team was composed of Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner, Julien Brouwer, collaborator.
