MBA advises BlaBlaCar

MBA (Moisand, Boutin & Associés) advises BlaBlaCar, the world leader in carpooling, on its offer to acquire Busfor, the leading online bus ticket distributor in Russia and Ukraine.

Busfor, which distributes the offers of more than 7,000 bus operators in Russia, Ukraine and Poland, will enable BlaBlaCar to strengthen its position as a reference platform for shared mobility and multimodal transport in Europe.

The MBA team is composed of Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner, and Eric du Peloux, counsel.

BlaBlaCar is also advised in Russia by Norton Rose Fulbright (Moscow) with Julian Traill, partner and Maxim Meaker, senior associate.
