MBA advises BlaBlaCar for the acquisition of Ouibus

MBA (Moisand, Boutin & Associates) BlaBlaCar advises, the world leader in carpooling, on corporate aspects as part of its acquisition of Ouibus, a subsidiary of the SNCF Group, France’s leading long-distance coach. BlaBlaCar also announces a fundraising campaign involving SNCF and existing investors.
