The MBA firm (Moisand, Boutin & Associés) advised Alantra Asset Management (Alantra AM) on the acquisition of a 49% stake in the capital of the management company Indigo Capital.

The MBA firm (Moisand, Boutin & Associés) advised Alantra Asset Management (Alantra AM) on the acquisition of a 49% stake in the capital of the management company Indigo Capital.

The investment in Indigo Capital represents a new step in the strategy of Alantra AM, the asset management arm of the international financial group Alantra, to develop a diversified and pan-European asset management business alongside its investment banking and credit portfolio advisory activities.

Founded 20 years ago, Indigo Capital is a recognized player in the bond and quasi-equity (mezzanine) financing market dedicated to French and European SMEs and ETIs with more than €800 million raised since its creation.

The MBA team consisted of Igor Doumenc, partner, Eric du Peloux, counsel and Julia Faure, associate, for legal and regulatory aspects, Dorothée Traverse, partner, for tax aspects and Christine Hillig-Poudevigne, partner, and Marion Peringuey, associate, for social aspects.

Hoche Société d’Avocats, with Jean-Luc Blein, partner, and Audrey Magny, counsel, acted as legal counsel to Indigo Capital and Monique Deloire, its president.
