MBA advises 360Learning on its $41 million fundraising

The law firm MBA (Moisand Boutin & Associés) advised 360Learning, an online training platform, and its founding directors in its $41 million fundraising campaign with Bpifrance, Hi Inov, XAnge (Nicolas Rose, partner director).

This new fundraising will notably accelerate the development of 360Learning in the United Kingdom and North America.

The MBA team was composed of Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner and Sophie Renaud, associate.

Bpifrance was advised by Gide (Pierre Karpik, partner).

Hi Inov and XAnge were advised by Jones Day (Renaud Bonnet, partner)
