MBA advised MIG AG in connection with the financing round of Zadient Technologies

The law firm MBA (Moisand Boutin & Associés) advised MIG Verwaltungs AG (MIG AG), one of Germany’s leading venture capital investors, on the seed financing round Zadient Technologies. This is MIG AG’s first investment in France.

Zadient Technologies is a French company specializing in the innovative production of synthetic silicon carbide (SiC), a semiconductor building block for the growing electric vehicle market and used in a variety of other industrial applications.

This round of financing, underwritten by MIG AG and Vestel Ventures, an investment company of the Vestel trucking group, will enable Zadient Technologies to develop its technology for market commercialization.

The MBA team consisted of Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner, Eric du Peloux, counsel, and Julia Faure, associate.

Chammas & Marcheteau, with Denis Marcheteau, partner, and Arys Serdjanian, associate, acted as counsel to Zadient Technologies and its founders.
