MBA advised Leboncoin on the sale of its minority stake in Réassurez-moi

The MBA law firm (Moisand Boutin & Associés) advised Leboncoin on the sale of its minority stake in the online insurance broker Reassurez-moi to the independent family group Prévoir.

This acquisition of a stake by the Leboncoin group resulted from the subscription of an AIR BSA in parallel with the entry of Réassurez-moi into its startup incubator. MBA had already been involved in the issuance of the AIR BSA and the legal and tax structuring of the incubator.

Réassurez-moi is a digital insurance broker that assists private individuals. Specialising in loan insurance, the company has expanded its range to include all the main insurance products and, by 2020, will become the leading broker in terms of online audience, with over 10 million users per year.

The MBA team consisted of Dorothée Traverse and Jean-Philippe Jacob, partners and Julien Brouwer.
