Wealth tax internship from January 2024
BackYards Avocats is looking for trainees (M/F) for its “Private Clients & Family Businesses” department for a six-month period starting in January 2024.
The firm has five areas of expertise – Private Equity/M&A, Corporate and Transactional Tax, Employment Law, Private Clients and Family Businesses, and Business Litigation – and works alongside a high-end clientele of private equity funds, unicorns and tech companies, as well as major French and international groups, families, SMEs and family businesses.
The Private Clients & Family Businesses department provides tailored legal and tax solutions to questions raised at key stages in the lives of entrepreneurs, families, managers, companies and groups of companies, in a national or international context.
Your tasks:
As a fully integrated member of the “Private Clients & Family Businesses” department, you will be required to :
Technical research into wealth law and taxation;
Participating in the preparation of tax advice
Income tax, property wealth tax, trust tax and 3% tax returns;
Drafting of documents (responses to proposals for rectification, petitions, summonses, submissions, etc.);
Monitoring tax disputes (ESFP, accounting audits, etc.);
Legal and tax watch for the department.
Profile:
A graduate of a Master 2 in Taxation, a business school and/or holder of the CRFPA, you are looking for an internship in wealth taxation.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
