Internship in business litigation from July to December 2023 or from January to June 2024

The MBA business law firm is a member of YARDS A.A.R.P.I., which consists of five practice areas (M&A /Private Equity, Corporate and Transactional Tax, Employment Law, Private Clients and Family Business and Business Litigation). The business litigation team, composed of two partners and three associates, is looking for a trainee (student lawyer, student with a Master II degree in law) for the following periods

– July to December 2023

– from January to June 2024 We are looking for a generalist in business law who will work with all members of the team on all types of cases (commercial, corporate, insurance, real estate, criminal). During your internship you will be required to : – carry out legal research and analysis – participate in the drafting of consultations and procedural documents – Participate in the preparation of presentations and/or articles on current topics; – Participate in the preparation, follow-up and maintenance of files; – Participating in the preparation of hearings and accompanying partners and associates to hearings, where appropriate.
